Shipping Policy

At Nether Springs LLC, we are committed to delivering your Southern Yellow Pine wall panels, flooring, trim, and custom millwork efficiently and safely. Below are the details of our shipping process, rates, and requirements.
1. Delivery Area
We deliver to the following states using our fleet of flatbed trucks:
• Texas
• Louisiana
• Oklahoma
• Arkansas
• New Mexico
We do not use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers due to the size of our bundles.
2. Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order and the distance from our facility in Wells, TX (502 Rusk Ave). Rates are calculated as a one-way fee per mile:
• Flatbed Truck Deliveries: $2/mile for orders that fit on the back of our truck (up to 2 bundles, no longer than 12 feet).
• Trailer Deliveries: $2.50/mile for orders requiring our 20-foot deck-over trailer due to size or weight.
Economy Option – “Piggybacking”
For customers willing to wait up to one month for delivery:
• Rate: $1.25/mile (one-way)
• We will pair your delivery with another order in your area. If no other delivery arises within a month, we will schedule your shipment regardless.
3. Payment Terms
• If there is an unpaid balance on your order, the balance must be paid in full upon delivery.
• Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card at the time of delivery.
4. Customer Offloading Requirements
Customers are responsible for offloading materials from our vehicles upon delivery. Please review the following requirements:
a. Tractor with Forks:
• If you plan to use a tractor with forks for unloading, you must notify us in advance.
• Bundles may need to be split into smaller quantities as most tractors lack sufficient rear counterweight for full-sized bundles.
b. Driver Assistance:
• If you do not have unloading equipment, our driver can assist in unloading materials provided:
• The material is no longer than 16 feet.
• The total quantity does not exceed 2,000 square feet.
5. Delivery Scheduling
We will contact you to schedule a delivery date once your order is ready. For “Piggybacking” deliveries, please allow up to one month for scheduling.
6. Additional Information
• Large or custom orders may require additional coordination for delivery.
• We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates or policies based on specific circumstances (e.g., remote locations or special handling requirements).
