At Nether Springs LLC, DBA TexasVJoint.com, we have a strict return policy designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are ONLY accepted for:
• Defective products
• Damaged items received
• Incorrect items shipped

Non-Returnable Situations

We do NOT accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Sale items
• Custom or personalized products
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

1. Customers must inspect orders upon receipt.
2. Report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
3. Contact customer service at 936-205-2615.

Possible Resolutions (at our discretion):
• Replacement
• Refund (less restocking fee, if applicable)
• Store credit

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process for Defective/Damaged Items
1. Item must be in original condition.
2. Original packaging required.
3. Proof of purchase needed.
4. Contact salvador@texasvjoint.com to initiate the return process.
5. Return to: 502 Rusk Ave, Wells, TX 75976.

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 10 business days.
• Refunded to the original payment method after deducting the restocking fee (if applicable).
• Subject to inspection and approval.

Exceptions

Non-returnable items include:
• Perishable goods
• Custom products
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases

Final Sales Notice
